Nash Media Group is an Australian digital marketing agency working with small–medium businesses across Queensland. We are looking for a highly capable, detail-driven Virtual Assistant to take ownership of digital marketing delivery, website updates, and SEO implementation.
This role suits someone who is confident working independently, follows instructions precisely, and understands that visibility, accuracy, and accountability are critical in an agency environment.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing allocated tasks end-to-end – from booking work into your calendar, through to delivering completed work with clear links for review.
This is not a junior role. You will be trusted with live websites, SEO updates, and client-facing work.
Key Responsibilities
Web & WordPress
- Update and manage WordPress websites (Elementor experience required)
- Perform plugin and core updates and test sites for issues
- Build and edit pages efficiently
- Ensure website changes do not break layout, forms, or functionality
SEO & Website Optimisation
- Create and optimise service and location pages
- Write and update meta titles and descriptions
- Apply correct heading structures (H1–H3)
- Internal linking and image optimisation
- Submit updated pages via Google Search Console
Content & Social Media
- Strong graphic creation experience using Canva
- Create and edit social media reels
- Prepare and schedule social media posts
- Follow brand guidelines and content instructions closely
Task Management & Reporting
- Book all tasks into your calendar accurately
- Ensure your calendar reflects actual work completed (for billing)
- Provide same-day access to completed work (links/files)
- Send a brief end-of-day update outlining:
- Tasks worked on
- Links to completed work
- Any outstanding items and reasons
- Record time accurately in Xero against the correct project
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
- Have experience as a Digital Marketing or Agency VA
- Are confident working in WordPress (Elementor perferably but not essential)
- Understand basic SEO fundamentals and how to apply them
- Can manage multiple tasks without being chased
- Follow instructions exactly as provided
- Communicate clearly and proactively
- Are comfortable working Brisbane business hours 8AM-5PM

- People who “interpret” tasks instead of following instructions
