Web Developer & Digital Marketing Assistant 

Full-Time (Or Part-time) Opportunity: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm Brisbane Australia Time.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Web Developer & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role encompasses website development, IT support, and digital marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in wordpress, basic IT proficiency, and a keen understanding of SEO and analytics reporting. 

This full-time or part-time role calls for a dynamic digital marketing superstar with a keen interest in client growth, from strategic planning to creative execution, which we are willing to help develop in you. Qualifications, Skills, Experience 

  • Qualifications in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field. 
  • Experience in digital marketing, website development, and IT is advantageous. 
  • Understanding of SEO principles. 
  • Proficiency in social media content creating, posting, Google tools, and Google business profile management. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and Teams.  
  • Some experience in design work and video editing would be advantageous, Canva & Capcut. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (english). 
  • Excellent organisational skills 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise websites using WordPress or other web development tools. 
  • Implement and manage basic IT tasks, including DNS settings, email setup, and integrations. 
  • Assist in digital marketing activities, including SEO, analytics tracking, and reporting. 
  • Monitor and report website performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance user experience. 
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure project scopes are met, timelines are adhered to, and quality standards are maintained. 
  • Provide periodic performance analytics and insights directly to clients. 
  • Support other related Digital Marketing tasks as required. 

Requirements: 

  • Experience in web development and digital marketing. 
  • Proficiency in WordPress, HTML/CSS, and basic programming knowledge. 
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). 
  • Basic IT knowledge, including DNS configuration and email setups. 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills. 
  • Ability to work strategically both independently and collaboratively. 

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • Monthly Salary Range 25,000-35,000 PHP. Negotiable based on qualifications and experience) + Work from home stipend of 3,000 PHP per month + Competency incentive program bonuses negotiated after 3 months.
  • 5 days per annum sick / bereavement leave;
  • 20 days per annum holiday leave (2x weeks compulsory holidays at Christmas/New Year with the balance for your choice throughout the year);
  • Other days off:
    • All Qld & Australian Public Holidays;
    • Your Birthday.
  • Reimbursement program: We will reimbursement the following contributions to you as a self employed person:
    • Phil health Contribution of 4% of monthly salary component;
    • SSS Contribution for Self employed 10% of monthly salary component.

Weekly competency reporting will help track your progress towards meeting competency targets, ultimately enabling opportunities for bonuses and salary increases. Performance reviews, conducted after month 3 from commencement and then 6 monthly, will provide a comprehensive evaluation of your achievements and contributions. You will be responsible for actively managing and striving to meet your competency targets.
